No bidding on third party branded company names or product terms. * Only approved assets may be used to promote campaigns, unless explicitly approved in advance. * Suppression files must be downloaded and used before every send. * Publisher must follow the CAN-SPAM compliance guidelines as defined by FTC. * If marketing the offer via email, publisher must use two valid opt-out mechanisms. Including one for the advertiser. * Use of deceptive from lines including friendly from and subject lines is strictly prohibited. * Publisher must not use AdSurf name, or domain names, including any derivations or abbreviates thereof, in the originating email address line or subject line of any email transmission. * Publisher must mask ALL AdSurf domains with their own redirects. This includes but is not limited to all tracking and opt-out domains. * Failure to comply with AdSurf Terms and campaign guidelines could result in non-payment. [1] Absolutely no spoofing. Advertiser has zero tolerance to compliance violations. Any violations will cause chargebacks. [2] Campaign can scrub due to hoax, bot, returns, invalid details, and fraud traffic. [3] Please update the suppression file prior to fresh/new drops. [4] No copyrighted Materials Allowed. [5] Use only approved assets. [6] No fake/misleading. [7] No adult traffic. [8] No incentivized.(unless specified) [9] No spam allowed.
