If an affiliate program states that the payable action is on a SOI (Single Opt In) basis, this means the user must sign up to the offer but they do not need to verify their email address in order for you to earn commission.
Where as if the offer pays commission on an DOI basis, the user must verify their email address after signing up in order for you to earn commission.
