- The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of WOW Media UK Ltd and its affiliates.
- To enter the competition, operators must receive genuine and unique review on their network listing featured on WOW TRK during the competition period, which runs from 29th April 2024 00:00 GMT until 31st May 2024 23:59 GMT.
- Only one entry per participant will be accepted for each genuine and unique review written and approved.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will be deemed invalid.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to allow WOW Media UK Ltd to verify their entry with the user associated with the review.
- The prize for the competition is an advertising package on the WOW TRK website.
1st Place Prize Bundle: Logo inclusion on the Homepage for 3 months, Integration on the Offer Engine for 12 months, Social media post, Featured Network listing on the Network for 1 month and Ad in rotation on blog posts for 3 months.
2nd Place Prize Bundle: Logo inclusion on the Homepage for 2 month and Social media post. - The winner is based on the 2 network listings with the most reviews at 31st May 2024 23:59 GMT. The listing with the most reviews wins the 1st place prize bundle and the listing with the second most reviews wins the 2nd place prize bundle.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- WOW Media UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of WOW Media UK Ltd’s control.
- WOW Media UK Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- WOW Media UK Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Operator/network will be emailed to the contact email on their network listing (if one is not available an email address off their website). They will have 30 days to accept the prize, if they do not accept the prize within 30 days the prize will be forfeited.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
