– Companies scamming people, ripping people off and portraying insurance carriers in a negative way
– Alluding to a potential refund, getting cash back or getting anything back that alludes to a refund
– No absolute numbers (ex: save as much as $600/year is ok, save $600/year is not)
– Any copy regarding rates as low as must be done in monthly or yearly increments, not daily or weekly
– Cash, coins or check to be received by the customer (in imagery or words)
– DMV images
– Government symbols or insignia
– Verbiage of a demographic group (ie Savings for Seniors, Savings for Veterans, Race, Ethnicity, etc)
– Content on creative and prelanders need to have a relationship and be relevant. For example, if the headline on a creative cites "New laws" and the destination URL mentions nothing about the new laws, then the creative will be flagged for "misleading"
– Dental and Vision as part of the health insurance plans (this is not Medicare) "the VA is hiding this from you" angle since our partners don't want to be associated with it
– No stealing personal items from the car image or video, it is misleading since car auto insurance won’t cover personal property stolen
