With GDPR coming in recently and email marketing laws being stricter than ever, we are implementing some changes to the email marketing requirements for Affiliates on the WOW TRK network.
As of the 1st October we will be implementing new requirements for Email marketing affiliates.
New Email Marketing Rules
1) Our seed address “email@example.com” should be added to your subscriber list so that we receive a copy of all emails sent out that include WOW TRK offers.
2) A test email must be sent to your account manager for approval before you send out your email campaign. If you send out “newsletter” style email campaigns you may be able to request being exempt from this new requirement, please speak to your account manager about this.
Failure to follow the above email marketing requirements will result in affiliate commissions being rejected and may lead to your account being closed.
These new requirements are in addition to ensuring you follow all applicable email marketing laws and our existing email marketing requirements.
