Effective 1st February 2015 there will be a small change to the advertiser terms and conditions.

To save advertisers time re-reading the entire terms & conditions, below are the only changes to the terms:
13.1 Except with the Company’s prior consent in Writing, the Advertiser shall not (other than in accordance with this agreement) during the period of this agreement or for 6 months thereafter, directly or indirectly place any form of advertising on any website or traffic source registered on the Affiliate Network on which any Advertisement has been displayed during the period of this agreement.
6.4 The Advertiser shall remain responsible for the payment of fees for an Event, which may have been delivered to the Advertiser website, if any of following has occurred:
a. If the Advertiser website goes down
b.The Advertiser removes their website
c.The Advertiser removes tracking on their server
d.If any other action is taken by the Advertiser without prior notice to the Company which would otherwise prevent delivery of an Event to the Advertiser
based on the average click to conversion ratio the Advertiser has had in the past.
