1. Eligibility
To use Affiliate Stats, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have purchased and downloaded the app through the Apple App Store
By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. App Functionality
Affiliate Stats allows users to import and view their affiliate marketing statistics by entering API keys from third-party affiliate networks and programs.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and security of the API keys you provide.
- We recommend, where possible, using read-only API keys to limit access and potential risk.
- The app is designed for informational use only and does not perform transactions or modify affiliate accounts.
3. Accuracy of Data
- Affiliate performance data shown in the app may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete.
- Exchange rates are not provided in real time and may not reflect actual payout values.
- Final figures should always be confirmed directly with your affiliate network.
- While we attempt to normalize and standardize data formats for consistency, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information shown.
4. Data Handling and Privacy
To support consistent formatting across networks, affiliate data from certain affiliate network/program accounts may be temporarily sent to our servers for normalization. Accounts that use this normalization service are clearly labelled within the app.
- Data processed through this service is not stored permanently.
- It may be retained temporarily (up to 14 days) for processing and for debugging or support purposes.
- Additionally, it may remain in secure backups for up to 60 days before being permanently deleted.
General App Data Handling
- The app retains local logs on your device for functionality and debugging purposes. We may ask you to share these local logs with us for support purposes when helping with your support requests. These logs may contain your affiliate data.
- Your API keys are stored securely in your device’s keychain and are not transmitted to our servers. They are only transmitted directly to the relevant affiliate network programs to perform API requests.
- Other account information is stored locally on your device (outside the keychain).
By using the app, you consent to this limited data processing for the purpose of providing core app functionality and support.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of your affiliate programs.
- You will not misuse the app in any way that could violate those agreements.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the app or its services.
6. Third-Party Services
Affiliate Stats interacts with third-party affiliate networks via APIs. These networks are independent of us.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the networks whose data is accessed through the app.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party APIs.
7. Service Availability
- We do not guarantee that the app will be available 24/7 or without interruption.
- Service availability often depends on third-party affiliate network APIs, which are beyond our control.
- Our data normalization services operate independently and are not dependent on third parties.
- We may perform planned maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party API failures, network issues, or other factors outside our control.
8. Beta and Preview Features
From time to time, we may offer beta, preview, or experimental features:
- Beta features are provided “as is” with no warranties and may be less stable or secure than regular features.
- Beta features may contain bugs or security vulnerabilities that could affect your data or device.
- Beta features may be removed, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
- Data loss or corruption may occur when using beta features.
- By enabling or using beta features, you acknowledge these additional risks and agree to use them at your own discretion.
While we design the main app for informational use with standard security practices, beta features may not meet these same standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Affiliate Stats is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inaccuracies resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- Lost revenue
- Misreporting of data
- Business interruptions
- Security incidents arising from improper API use
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the app and any in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You use the app at your own risk.
10. Support and Communications
Support:
- We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support inquiries but do not guarantee specific response times.

Community Interactions:
- We may interact with users on third-party platforms such as Telegram or other social media.
- Any comments, advice, or discussions on these platforms represent personal opinions and are not legally binding.
- These informal communications do not constitute official support or modify these Terms.
- For official support or legal matters, please contact us directly via email.
11. Modifications
We may update the app or these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app’s news section, in-app notifications, or other reasonable means.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Communications and Notifications
By using the app, you consent to receive communications from us regarding:
- Service updates and improvements
- Policy changes
- Service interruptions or maintenance
- Important notices related to your use of the app
We will communicate with you primarily through the app’s news section and in-app notifications.
13. App Store Terms
Your download and use of the app is also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable app store. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms will take precedence regarding your relationship with the app store.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or regulations
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Third-party service disruptions
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WOW Media UK Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the app
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your use of API keys or affiliate network data
16. Refunds
Refunds for app purchases and in-app purchases are handled exclusively by the relevant app store (Apple App Store etc.) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
To request a refund, please contact the app store where you made your purchase.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour.
18. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software within Affiliate Stats are the intellectual property of WOW Media UK Ltd (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without prior written permission.
19. License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Affiliate Stats for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
This license does not permit:
- Commercial resale of the app
- Redistribution of app features
- Use in any unlawful or harmful way
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
